Favorite loyalty campaigns of 2024

My favorite loyalty campaign that I was involved with last year was the launch of Crumbl Rewards! Alongside a refresh of the Crumbl App, we introduced new rewards, tiers, and perks. This launch was a true team effort, with nearly every department at Crumbl contributing. It was exciting to play a small role in bringing this enhanced loyalty experience to our customers!
